Essentially we rent houses, condominiums and other properties for individual owners. Due to our use of technology we are able to charge the owners of our properties substantially less in commissions compared to our competition. Since our commission rates are much lower than our competitors we are able to offer our properties to you and other guest at a much lower rate generally 25% less than others with higher commission fees.
